Import the address of the MEDOS test token into your wallet: 0xF52e4A6ea02F409033D9f67fDF31f568B77862D9. In the BSC test network, tokens are called T4COIN;
Go to the link of the game and connect the wallet in the BSC test network. If a different network is selected when connecting, MetaMask will offer to switch the network to the one that the game supports
